Marketing Coordinator

Department: COR:MKG Corporate Marketing
Location: Raleigh, NC

Requirements

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, attending meetings prepared to share ideas and contribute to discussions.
  • Lead Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) development, including:
    • Preparing SOQ outlines and coordinating meetings with project teams
    • Writing, editing, and finalizing SOQ submittals
    • Consistently managing and meeting SOQ deadlines
  • Develop internal and external content that strengthens brand awareness.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for assigned practice area(s).
  • Monitor procurement sites for requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs).
  • Help organize and document marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with office managers, practice leaders, and project managers to understand McGill’s projects, clients, and ongoing work.
  • Support the advancement of McGill’s marketing program by executing strategic initiatives (Potential to include social media content, event planning, and project photography).
  • Collaborate with and support business development and other teams as needed.
  • Assist with event and conference planning and attend conferences as needed.
  • Use Deltek Vantagepoint effectively to support SOQ development and other marketing efforts.
  • Serves on Committees and Teams as requested by management.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field of study is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing professional services, proposal development, graphic design, or other relevant experience
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
